Arbitration.in is a web based service to arbitrators. This
is not an arbitration agency by itself. It provides back office support to
other arbitrators including a secure arbitration room and maintenance of some
of the records relevant for the conduct of the arbitration.
The functioning of the center is under a contractual
agreement between the members and the center and all legal aspects regarding
the conduct of the arbitration is the responsibility of the member.
Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd, or any of its directors,
employees or associates are not liable for any actions of the members
themselves either in the conduct of the arbitration or otherwise.
For the purpose of Information Technology Act 2000, the
services of this center is to be construed as an "Intermediary".
