Fees for Dispute Resolution Through arbitration.in
Arbitration.in is a collaborative venture where the
arbitrations and mediations are done by members.
Every member is free to fix his own schedule of fees. This
will be indicated in the respective profile of the members.
Public who use the services of members of the portal will be
required to pay the schedule of fees indicated in the member's profile through
the portal.
Portal will collect necessary remuneration for its services
from the members.
Fees for Membership
Arbitration.in will charge membership fees from the
arbitrators. The schedule of membership fees is given below and is subject to
change without notice.
1. Arbitration Councils :
Rs 5000/- upto three arbitrators. For each additional
arbitrator registered in the profile of the council, additional fee of Rs 1500/-
will be levied as membership fee. Annual renewal fee from the second year would
be Rs 3000/- upto 3 arbitrators and Rs 1000 for each additional arbitrator.
2. Individual Members :
Rs 3000 per member. Annual renewal fee from the second year
onwards is Rs 2000/-
3. Corporate Members:
Rs 7,500 per member. Annual renewal fee is Rs 5000/- per
member
4. Government Bodies:
Rs 10,000 for membership and annual renewal fee of Rs 7500/-
per annum from the second year.
Administrative Charges to be paid by Members
Whenever the ODR facility is used by a member, a certain
service fee will be levied by the portal on the member based on the membership
agreement to be entered into. Details can be collected by members on request.
Whenever services of the Portal are required for offline
activities, an appropriate service fee will be levied on the member based on the
membership agreement to be entered into. Details can be collected by members on
request.
