Membership will be subject to an execution of a contract
between the member entity and Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd.
Until such time as the online facilities become available the
contract will be entered into on paper.
The essential features of the contract are
a) The member will pay a registration fee and an annual
maintenance fee.
b) Member will agree to pay charges for the services rendered
on request.
c) The agreement form will be sent on request after the
intending party sends a copy of the arbitration rules followed by them and other
relevant details about their operation.
d) The membership fees and the charges are subject to change
at the discretion of Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd.
e) In case of arbitration venue management, whether physical
or online, a service charge based on the value of the dispute, the number of
sittings, the duration of sittings may be fixed from case to case basis. A
quotation in this respect would be made available before the service is
utilized.
